This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service purchased through our Platform. By placing an order with Athena Home, you agree to the following terms:
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been shipped or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
- Certain perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables) are not eligible for cancellation.
Damaged or Defective Products
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product. The request will be processed once the defect is verified at our end.
Product Not as Expected
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, please notify our customer service within 5 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.

For products covered by manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Refund Timeline
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
- If Refund is approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- f your Return/Exchange is approved the product will be delivered within 7 days
