• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
• Sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Only items found defective or damaged are replaced, subject to verification by our team.
• Certain categories may be exempt from returns or refunds, and such exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

2. Refund Conditions

• Order Cancellations: Requests are accepted only if made within 5 days of placing the order, provided the item has not already been shipped or out for delivery.
• Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection at our end.
• If the product is not as shown on our site or does not meet your expectations, please report the issue within 5 days of receipt for review.
• Products covered by manufacturer warranties must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

3. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment. Shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.
