Return Policy

We offer refund / exchange within the first 5 days from the date of your purchase. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

• The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• The item must have its original packaging.
• If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for a return / exchange.
• Only items found defective or damaged are replaced (based on an exchange request).

Non-returnable Categories

Certain categories of products may be exempt from returns or refunds. Such categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase.

Process & Inspection

For accepted return / exchange requests:

• Once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notification acknowledging receipt.
• If the item is approved after quality check at our end, your request (i.e., return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.
• If Refund is approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
  
• If your Return/Exchange is approved the product will be delivered within 7 days
